Lizzie Wagner Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders/bookings whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lizzie Wagner Group shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Personal Styling/Private Tuition
Payments need to be made in full prior to the session date to secure bookings.
As this is an advisory service, The Lizzie Wagner Group Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for other commissioned operators, i.e. : hairdressers, makeup artists, stylists, photographers, creative crew nor their insurances. The Lizzie Wagner Group will endeavor to provide you with the highest quality consultation/personal styling/private tuition session/workshop possible however, on completion of the consultation/personal styling/private tuition session/workshop, should you not be satisfied with your new image or feel you have suffered damage to hair, skin, esteem, The Lizzie Wagner Group Pty Ltd will not be held liable.
The client must inform The Lizzie Wagner Group and other commissioned operators, i.e.: hairdressers, makeup artist, stylists, photographers, creative crew; of any allergies and physical disabilities that may affect the consultation/personal styling/private tuition session.
Refund and Returns policy
Because of the nature of our services and products, returns are not possible. Any downloading of assets are then considered used and not able to be returned. Also booking of services are not able to be returned. The fee goes towards the speakers and the event costs and is not returnable. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason, a credit will be kept for you for future workshops or events. Please contact us on info@lizziewagner.com.au

Refund and Exchange Policy
Stenlake Compounding Chemist prepares this product using high quality BP/USP grade materials. We will replace any product we supply if it is found to be faulty or does not meet our quality standard. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving any faulty goods for this guarantee to be valid. No dispute will be entered thereafter. There is no money back guarantee on any product and it cannot be returned. If there is an issue with the product quality contact lizzie@stenlake.com.au
Stenlake Compounding Chemist (SCC) and Lizzie Wagner Group (LWG) are unable to provide credit for, or refund products due to inappropriate storage, product interference, change of mind, no longer required or incorrect or over-ordering. NSW Health legislation prevents a pharmacist from re-dispensing medicine that has already been dispensed to another patient.
Stenlake Compounding Chemist, and The Lizzie Wagner Group, for any reason other than incorrect address, Stenlake Compounding Chemist and The Lizzie Wagner Group will charge the purchaser a total of $24 for resending the parcel and $12.00 for return to sender.
Shipping and Delivery
Stenlake Compounding Chemist and Lizzie Wagner Group ship our products via Australia Post or courier services as purchased by you as part of the order. We have no control over the environmental factors, the delivery times and conditions as per the policy of the applicable postal /courier service provider. Stenlake Compounding Chemist and Lizzie Wagner Group is not associated with Australia Post or any courier company and cannot be held responsible for damaged parcels or orders that are lost. Australia Post is not obliged to follow specific delivery instructions requested by the customer as per their policy.
Lizzie Wagner Group and Stenlake Compounding Chemist cannot take responsibility for any customs and tariffs imposed at your chosen postal destination.
Allergies and intolerances
Do not use if you are allergic to any other ingredients listed. Symptoms of an allergic reaction may include unusual reddening of the face, skin rash or hives, itching on the skin, short of breath, wheezing or finding it difficult to breath, swelling of the face, lips, tongue or other parts of the body. Seek medical attention if severe allergic reaction happens. For any reaction or irritation stop using the product immediately and refer to instructions on our online shop and as provided with product. As a customer, you must inform us of any known allergies (e.g. lactose, flavours and etc.) when you order. Please inform us by contacting lizzie@stenlake.com.au if notified in advance, our pharmacists may be able to accommodate your needs depending on the formulation of the product. We accept no responsibility if you fail to do so. In addition, we will not be held responsible for any unknown allergic or intolerant reactions to any product we supply.
